False Advertising, your problem is not mine

<p>HI</p> <p> </p> <p>Was excited when i first saw your latest promotions pamphlet on the 31st of May, It started on the 1st June.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called my closest branch to confirm that they had stock of the ps4 Pro on the 31st and was told yes they did and i just have to come in on the 1st.</p> <p> </p> <p>I rushed into the branch first thing this morning (1st June) and im told sorry it only arrives tommorow , as im about to book one I then get told " Sorry its not 4K" after some confustion i figure out the accualy unit is a ps4 slim a highly inferior ps4 . so its goes from being an acualy deal to a waist of time.</p> <p> </p> <p>At leaste IC should offer me a ps4 pro at that price the game is not such an issue but still extremely unhappy, Lets see how IC handles this before i escalte it further.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
