False advertising, what a dissapointment

On the 6th of January 2017, i purchased goods for my home office;

-Lenovo Ideapad 110 @ R4999.00

-Samsung printer @ R3600.00

-Office 365 @ R999.00

During the sales process with William at Incredible connection Nicolway, it was indicated that we will receive 1 year of accidental damage cover. After payment was made, we enquired regarding the cover and the manager of the store told us that only I3 processors and above qualify for the cover. In a rage, we asked for a full refund and eventually settled on receving a free laptop bag (at our request) to cover for the mistake.

Unfortunately, it does not stop here. On setting up the laptop, i noticed the poor sound quality, I studied sound engineering a few years ago and straight away thought that this laptop had been advertised with a "Quality JBL stereo system" on the label at the store., and this was surely not right,

I called the store and spoke to William whom admitted that the laptop was in fact advertised with the JBL stereo system and that this must have been a mistake on their side.

I have requested that an equivalent or better stereo system be installed into the laptop at no charge, alternatively we are upgraded to the equivalent or higher spec machine with by what we thought we were purchasing as per the adverti*****t.

I look forward to the response.
