FALSE ADVERTISING OR LACK OF ORGENISATION S****S???

I ordered a Huawui Media Pad T3 on the 23rd of Jan 2002 from Incredible Connections and paid immeadietly. The delivery period is advertised as 2 to 5 working days. Today is the 11th of February and I have still not received my Tablet. Before I placed the order I phoned to make sure that they had stock available. Since then I have phoned twice and have been fobbed off with one or other storey.
