False Advertising on Insurance Products offered by Incredible Connection

Bought an iPad in January 2022. In July the screen was not responsive and I was told it was out of warranty. When Incredible Connection sold me the item, they also sold me insurance and now it has been more than a month without even assessing or replacing the item under the insurance.
