False advertising

I purchased an item online. The item name and model number, and list of features were, and still are, clearly indicated on the website. Another model was delivered. I contacted support, and they took a very hostile tone with me. The latest response was "I would kindly like to advise you that you should return the product you received and then do another online purchase for the correct product". This implies that I made the mistake, I purchased the incorrect product.

I purchased the model indicated, for the price indicated, but IC refuses to accept that they may have made a mistake. They falsely advertised a product on their site, and they are now shifting the blame to me.

I expect the correct model, as per my original purchase, to be delivered to me.
