False Advertising

This company listed a Samsung TV on sale. I then tried to order it the very next day and the online store allowed me to add it to my cart. However, when i got to the payment stage, it suddenly said it couldn't go through. I then called and was told the whole of SA has no stock. As far as I am concerned this is false advertising. How can they advertise a product they dont have in stock even? This is unacceptable.
