False advertising and poor service

I went to Incredible Connections in George on Monday last week to have a look at a promotion they advertised the week prior to this in a newspaper article. I stay in Mossel Bay so George is about 55km away. I got to the store and was told that they are awaiting stock and they would order me one but will call me the next day to let me know when it will arrive. I contacted them again on Wednesday as on one called me as promised the previous day and was told that I can expect it to be there on Friday. I felt that I would give them a bit more time as they did not specify a time of arrival for Friday. I went back on Sunday to fetch my TV and Soundbar as I expected it to be there by this time. I was addressed by an arrogant salesman that the TV has not arrived and that they will not be getting the Sound Bar either as Samsung is out of stock. I then asked him if this is the case how much would the TV cost by itself if the promotion advertised is a Smart Samsung TV and a soundbar for 11k. He told me that this is the price of the TV and the sound bar is a free gift and if I just want the TV then it would cost 11K with no sound bar which is absolute Bull****. I am in the sales industry and consumer satisfaction is a must in order to achieve a good standard. In my industry the consumer is always right and if I do not have stock I make a plan for my clients, If I know that there is a stock problem with something I am running a promotion on I will put up a notice or try to advertise something else but clearly this is a false advertising issue to lure clients in to the shop. I personally drove a total of 220km to that shop because of false advertising. There is a game outlet 5km from me and they also have promotions running, still I drove there because I thought that it was a better deal. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated in shop and I expect to hear what your plans are with your false advertising issue, because I can assure you I am not the only one that was caught in this advertising way only to get feet in to your shop. I hope to hear from you soon, or I can assure you that I will address the media about this matter and get my Lawyers involved as well as this is clearly not allowed by the CPA. Awaiting your call
