False advertising and extremely bad service

I am so disappointed with this company. I bought a product that was supposed to come with a cash voucher. I did not receive the cash voucher, until date. I tried to communicate with the facebook team who have been copying and pasting previous responses and shot showing interest in solving my query. I reached out via email and communicated with a Simphiwe Sithebe who did not give me joyful feedback also. Someone ended up saying the voucher was emailed to me, i requested for a simple resend, because that was not in my emails. Its been a week now and i haven't received any voucher.
