False advertising and bad customer service

Tried to order a Kindle paper white fire on the online website last week Thursday on special for R 1499 marked down from R 2499 - attempted twice but my payment would not go through and so I left it till later on that evening when I noticed that special had been taken off the website. I had taken a screen shot of this which was lucky because when I phoned to complain the next day I was told that they had no record of this on the system. I am still waiting for someone to come back to me after various calls and emails a week later and nothing. This is really bad service and even worse a reflection on Incredible Connection - how can you advertise something at a discounted price and then say you have no record of this.... Thank goodness I have proof - I would really appreciate it if someone would come back to me urgently as this is a 75th birthday present for my mom and is time restricted.
