False Advertising

Hi i have bought DSTV on Friday the 29/11/2019 and it only got delivered yesterday 04/12/2019 at 20:20. When i purchased the DSTV online they said it comes with satellite dish but when my order arrived i only got decoder. I tried calling their head office number but no one is answering instead the phone just cuts off, even today i tried calling one of their shops in PE telling them i have only received decoder but now they saying their is nothing that they can do about it. I tell them when i bought the DSTV it was said it comes together with the satallite dish and they denying it. All in all they doing false advertising because if i knew it was gonna turn out this way i shouldn't have purchased the DSTV. All i want now is my money back, they must take their decoder.
