False advertising

Worts service ever ,and I have had bad service and am in the service industry ,they advertised a Skyworth 55 inch led smart tv for a certain on a pamphlet without having any stock or making an effort of getting stock. Than when you call they are unprofessional ,not helpful and also try and make you a **** when you sitting with the pamphlet in front of you. You get send around from pillar to post and nobody gives you a strait answer or remedy. Eventually you just give up which I think I there aim. This is the best example of false advertising and way of attracting clients under false pretences.
