False advertising

So I placed an online order for a PS4 Pro with some games 2 days ago. Now when I call to find out feedback all the lines are busy. Then I get a call to say my 2 games are being send from PMB and that they can arrange for me to collect the other game and console from Gateway if i want, in which I agreed. I am then called back only to be told the amount I paid for the product was to cheap and that the price was amended and then I will be reimbursed and that my order wi cancelled. This is absolute nonsense since they had already taken my money and it had been 2 days that they have been sitting with my money and I have got no device. I want what I paid for. This is shocking service.

So now late yesterday evening Incredible Connect decided to send out an email to all customers that there were GREMLINS in the system that change all their prices and that they cannot complete their purchases. how does that work out when for starters you are an I.T company that cant manage their own I.T website, and secondly my payment had already been processed, so as far as I'm concerned i was already in a binding contract if even the salesman was calling to tell me that my products were ready to be delivered.

How can anyone trust buying from them. just because people are actually buying from them, they decide to retract the product after being purchased and then change the price and blame it on Gremlins. Very convenient I think and I would not recommend anyone buying from them, for all you know they will do the same to them.
