False Advertising

I am very disappointed at incredible connection for false advertising, I mean WHY would you advertise something that you cannot offer? I first went to incredible connection at Vaal Mall and I was told they cannot offer Telkom contracts in store because of “login credentials” …

Ok fine I was ok with that even after I was referred to SouthGate, Mall of the south and the glen (which are 50+ kilometres away from where I stay), then I come to realise not even a single store among the ones I mentioned can offer Telkom contracts because “no login credentials” or offline, so now I got referred to even far from where I stay “EastGate and Greenstone” which like their peers had issues, they told me they are offline on Telkom and lastly the person I spoke to from greenstone just told me what I’d perceive as the truth, she said “staff has no training on Telkom contracts” … at this point I’m asking myself WHY DID YOU EVEN ADVERTISE IT????

POOR Service really!!!

I spent airtime, my time and petrol for such nonsense REALLY???
