false advertising

After seeing the hauwei p8 on their leaflet, i decided to drive to cresta to purchase the phone as Ive been searching high and low for it. When i got to the store I was directed to a lady by the name of mpumi i think. I then showed her the phone from one of the leaflets i had grabbed from one of the shelves in the store. She then told me that they dont have the phone and she has no clue if they will ever recieve stock. Frustrated and dissapointed as i had driven all the way from brixton, i started to complain, i asked her why they advertise a phone which they dont even have in their store? She then told me that she doesnt know cause normally the store just gets a leaflet thats already been printed so yah...she told me how clients have been shouting at her and so on. But im not happy with the service , its false advertising and my petrol was wasted too. And i feel like mpumi could have handled the matter differently, she was so passive. I doubt i will ever go back to incredible connection ever again.
