False Advertising

I bought a laptop bag about 4 years ago. I was told that it came with a Life Time guarantee and if anything went wrong I could just bring it back for a new one in store. (Alberton) so last week I took it back because it is damaged. I was told I have to take it all the way to Midrand and see if they will replace it for me. I don't have transport to go to Midrand. So they just lost a Customer. More than enough other places that want my business. False Advertising
