FALSE ADVERTISERS. UNPROFESSIONAL RETAILER

There was a 55" samsung Qled tv that was advertised on the incredible connection website for R6,299 and the adverti*****t says that the sale ends on the 14th of April 2024. We are still in the month of March. I have been to the store at Centurion mall and the sales consultants are not helpful at all. They stand in a group as you enter the store and do not offer assistance even though they can see you there. I had to call a consultant to assist me and when I had enquired about the TV, he mentioned even if he had located it then I would have to go and fetch it in Cape Town (those were his words). My point here is besides the poor customer service, the company has advertised an item on its website knowing that there is no stock. It seems as though they have done this deliberately so that customers can go into the store after being so unsuccessful online with trying to purchase the item online. Is this a sales tactic that frustrates online shoppers just to get them to enter the store in the hopes of purchasing other items? It's pathetic as a company to do such a thing because a customer should be treated fairly whether shopping online or in the store. I would have loved to have purchased that TV. Maybe they have made a mistake in regards with the pricing and deliberately mentioned that it is out of stock but if it is out of stock then remove the advertised item off the website. You people are horrible.
