False adverti*****t and poor treatment at the store

Good day I have a complaint regarding the service I received. I saw the ILIFE ZED air 2 notebook on special on the website for R1999 and the special is till the 31st of March 2019. When I got to the store I was not assisted and informed that the special is no longer there. When asked to speak to head office we where not assisted. I have a screen shot of the promotion and when I logged on now it is removed??. This is really unacceptable and false adverti*****t.
