Failure to honour warranty agreement.

If you are looking to purchase a laptop, please do not expect incredible connection to honour their warranty agreement. My laptop had a hardware issue and was handed in for repairs during the warranty period. The store then informed me that the laptop cannot be fixed and I will be credited the amount, however in their warranty agreement (section 12) it states clearly that should incredible connection not be able to repair the unit they will replace it with another unit with the same or better specification.

INCREDIBLE CONNECTION ARE CURRENTLY ADVERTISING THE EXACT SAME LAPTOP ON THEIR SITE AND REFUSE TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP, SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NO STOCK!!! WHAT AN OUTRIGHT VIOLATION OF THEIR OWN CONTRACT. POOR INTEGRITY SHOWN BY THIS BUSINESS!
