Failing to deliver my order

Incredible connection since i purchased tv from them online on 20 may 2026 tiday mar 2 June 2026, i haven't received my offer I've been doing follow up with them from emails whatsapp, call center giving out empty promises i didn't know that they are so ***********, on 1 June 2026 i received sms stating that i have received my oder, yet i didn't receive anything what should i do next to solve this issue please help.
