Extremely unhelpful and disrespectful

In January, I bought a laptop that was supposed to come with a R750 stuedent voucher. I never received it. I emailed Incredible Connection. They only asked whether the purchase was in-store or online and I rep****. Complete silence thereafter. Silence for months. I email them again. I get ignored.

The customer service is not just unhelpful, it is disrespectful. I know for a fact that they received my emails because I got a delivery receipt. I know that it went to the correct recipient because the one useless email I got from them had the company signature at the bottom. They just opted to stonewall me.

Never again will I buy from them. The marketing is deceptive, and the customer service is atrocious.
