Extremely slow service

One star is too generous, their service is terrible and extremely slow. It has now been more than 2 months 14 May - 22 July and my computer is still not fixed.

I took my laptop to them for repairs on 14 May 2024, only on the 10th June they came back to me with what the problem is, and I gave go ahead to fix it the same day. More than another month on 18 July it still was not fixed and I told them to bring back the laptop so that I could take it somewhere else, I got the laptop back but the charger was not with and I had to wait another 5 days to get that back.

In the interim I logged a complaint on their website and I got an automated response with a reference number, that was on the 6th July, and to date 22nd July have had no further feedback.

This fix was not big the qoute was to replace a motherboard, it does not take more than 6 weeks to change a motherboard (I say more than 6 weeks because after 6 weeks it was still not fixed).
