EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - ONLINE PURCHASE

Placed an online order on 11 August 2020 and paid for. Delivery time 2 - 5 work days.... On friday 14 August I followed up on the TV purchased... NO ONE willing to help, get no answers, no one phones back, I phoned Greenstone branch and was put on hold - eventually I was connected to another customer holding on, waiting to speak to someone to buy a laptop - how nice - two extremely frustrated customers talking to each other.... No one at Greenstone had any answers???? I phoned Customer care line and was promised answers within 24 hours (given a reference number and all) tried to phone back on Saturday.... could not get through, tried to phone back earlier today - could not get through??? EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE THINK TWICE - INCREDIBLE CONNECTION OBVIOUSLY HAVE TOO MUCH BUSINESS TO WORRY ABOUT NEW BUSINESS - GOOD TIMES
