Extremely poor service! Incompetence!

Really really poor service for repair and very unhelpful staff. I'm severely underwhelmed and annoyed! I dropped off my seven month old laptop for repair. The staff neglected to make a copy of my receipt, they phoned two days later and demanded I bring it in to the store. I made an arrangement to email it and told them I would do it that evening. I emailed the receipt and called in 5 days later to check the status of the repair. They said they didn't have it yet and had not even started the repair. That was an unacceptably late and *********** response. They never called me with updates once they finally started the repair, the staff on the phone did not understand the issue with my laptop and they took a very long time to repair it. When I came to pick it up they couldn't find it and took 20 minutes to know where it is.
