Extremely poor service in respect to replacing their products or granting full refund.

I bought an Apple I-phone from Incredible Connection on the 23rd of November 2018 from Richards Bay's Boardwalk Inkwazi Mall. It broke down during December shortly before Christmas. I could not return it immediately because I was away. I returned it on the 3rd of January 2019. Today the 11th of February 2019 I have not received a replacement phone, no refund either. They have refused to grant refund. No more buying from them! Be warned.
