Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting After Two Weeks!

This is unacceptable service. Avoid Incredible Connection at all costs

I ordered an iPad from Incredible Connection two weeks ago, and the estimated delivery time was 5 days. It’s now been 14 days, and I’m still waiting! I’ve called multiple times to escalate because this was meant to be a gift, but all I keep hearing is that it’s “in transit.” What’s worse is the complete lack of communication they can’t even speak directly to the couriers. To make matters worse, every time I call their call center, I’m kept on hold for 6 minutes before speaking to someone. And when I finally do, the agent tells me to call back because his system has a glitch. Seriously? This is unacceptable service. Avoid Incredible Connection at all costs
