Extremely Delayed Delivery & No Communication – Very Disappointed

I placed an order (Order #***) for a Skyworth 40-inch Google TV, which was confirmed and marked as shipped, with a promised delivery timeframe of 2–5 working days. It has now been far longer than that, and I still have not received my order.

There has been no communication, no updates, and no effort from the company to explain the delay or provide tracking details. I paid in full, including the required TV license renewal, and expected a smooth delivery process.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service. At the very least, I expect:

A clear update on the status of my order

Accurate tracking information

A confirmed delivery date

This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the company resolves this urgently, as this kind of service is unacceptable.
