Extremely bad service

I bought a Laptop from Incredible Connection in December 2021. I hadn't even had the laptop for two months and it stopped working. I took it back to Incredible about a week before the 2 month period. And they told me they have to send it in to their supplier. Now it's 6 weeks later and my laptop is missing. No one is taking responsibility for this or even getting back to me with what's going on. Apparently their supplier sent the laptop in to another supplier and they can't reach that supplier. So 6 weeks later and I'm still without a laptop which costs me R30 000. And I must just accept that this is what happened. I call daily and I always hear I will get a call back in 15 min but nothing happens.
