Extremely bad service

I received a physical gift vouchers for my bday when i want to use them on the online store for a item that IS ONLY SOLD ONLINE!!! I am not allowed to use it. When i talk to call centre or staff they tell me i must use it on something instore. I dont want just anything there is a specific item i want. Matthew Marx helped me with converting the voucher to online store and it have been a week now and nothing is happening from the HO Werner Botha and his team is really bad. Incredible must rather just close shop they dont give a **** about their customers and also dont care if you want to spend your money with them. Will never in my life support incredible *******ion again
