Extremely bad customer service.

Absolute worst customer service and process integration company I’ve had to deal with. To a product back a month ago and they sent me a statement 20 days later saying I need to pay for it. I called and spoke with someone that said no the statement had been corrected the one I received was incorrect. 8 days later a debit order goes off and they still charged me for the product. I’ve also emailed customer service a few times before with no reply, it’s been over a month.
