Extremely bad 1st time experience!

I ordered a PS4 game for my son on the 23rd of November 2018 and I waited 2weeks and it was not delivered. I cancelled the order last week and still waiting for my refund. Ordering online at increadoble connection is a frustrating and tedious process. The most annoying part when contacted them they don’t pick up the phone and I have been trying for weeks and sending emails at well. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER anything online at this store not unless you want to experience unnecessary frustration waiting for your product to be delivered. I am very disappointed.
