Extreme dissatisfaction

I am growing increasingly frustrated with the Incredible Connections at Menlyn.

They've had my laptop in for repairs since December 2020 (through a 2 year extended warranty) and I still haven't heard a word from them about it (It's March 15th 2021 now). Whenever I call them, they promise to call me back with information, but they never do. Even their manager - Joseph promised, but never called me.

They have shown me a lack of respect as a customer
