Incredible connection does not honor their online purchases. I bought a Note 10, and The "Zac" person at customer service promised delivery 2-5 working days. On working day 3, I followed up, and he assured me that the delivery was on time. Today is day 6. Nothing. I follow up, and now the delivery time is 14 days, "Another 2 - 5 days". Wow. Imagine promising this gift to someone, and it does not happen. My credibility is questioned, and when the customer service guy gets tired of my complaining, he says "It looks like you are busy", and logs off.
