Extended Warranty False advertising.

I bought a Company Laptop at the beginning of October 2024. I registered online for the extended warranty and also emailed my invoice and requested documents to the warranty email address and incredible connection email address. I have been waiting for the extended warranty certificate for close to 2 months now and all my emails are being ignored. My company ICT department is refusing to setup my Laptop without a warranty certificate.
