Extended warranty ****

I bought an HP laptop for my son in March 2024, the Ram stopped working and was taken in on the 25th March 2025 for repairs. I was told that this will take 21 days which was not the case. I received a call to say it was ready for collection only on the 2nd of March. We took the laptop back home and since then it only works when it's plugged in and charging. I then went back to the store and I was told that it needs to be taken back and will take up to 21 days again, which I found to be unacceptable since my son uses this for school and is preparing for exams. I requested to speak to that store manager "Edwad Bankies" and i explained the situation and the frustration that it is causing and he was not helping at all. He told me that he only works for Incredible Connection and his tone reflected that he is really not interested in helping customers, I found his conduct extremely disappointing.

If you were intending on purchasing anything from Incredible connection I would really advised you consider other options because all you will be doing is buying a headache for yourself.
