Exploiting an 80ry old granny

In 2022, an 80 year old grandmother bought a tablet device from Incredible Connections Wonderpark (store 6863) for her grandson for school purposes. She took out an insurance policy with Acbacus insurance company through incredible connections.

In June 2023, the tablet device got ****** and the grandmother filled out the necessary documents and submitted them to incredible connection on the 9th of June 2023. The following email addresses were sent the claim (***, ***, & ***). On the 6th of October 2023, the same emails were sent a reminder email to urgently process an overdue claim. until now 21 January 2025, the tablet device has not been replaced by the insurance.

This is an 80 year old that is exploited by these two corporates in South Africa.
