Exceptional Service

I first met Ignituis on 2015/01/08, after a problem with my Apple Wireless Keyboard developed. I returned the keyboard to store (Incredible Connection, Vaal Mall) as it was still under warranty. It was duly dispatched to the Apple repair centre, (Waiting time /- 15 Working days), This left me without a keyboard for that period. (Bummer) Ignitius then proceeded to arrange for a replacement unit. (Extraordinary). Apple then returned the keyboard (finding it to be replaced). On collection it was found that Apple had returned the same faulty keyboard to the store. Ignitius then made inquiries and was informed that the process was to be repeated, evaluation included. This was totally unacceptable, Ignituis then completely went out of his way and proceeded to rectify the problem at store level. Needless to say, by 15:00 the same day I was in possession of a brand new keyboard. Thank you Ignitius, things get done when people are committed to their profession and their customers. A lot can be learned from this gentleman and his staff at Incredible Connection Vaal Mall. Thank You for going the extra mile in sorting out other peoples mistakes, Apple Repair Centre.
