Excellent service from Candice at Middelburg Incredible Connection

We have ordered a TV online from Incredible Connection. A damaged screen was delivered to us. I contacted the support center without success, so I phoned the Middelburg branch. Candice at the Middelburg branch assisted me and a replacement unit was delivered to our home the following day. Candice was friendly and kept us up to date thru the process. With people like Candice, we can really go far. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
