Excellent Service at Incredible Connection East Rand Retail Park

I would like to say a BIG BIG thank you to Sis Nomvula, Mam' Patricia and Paballo (Pablo) who helped me with my cellphone application yesterday at the Incredible Connection in East Rand Mall (K9). The application took a bit longer because of some documents that were missing from my side, but Nomvula and Patricia were so patient with me and helped me with the whole process. Retail stores need more helpful consultants like these. They treated me with respect and were happy to help me. They kept me updated, contacted me whenever they needed. And when I finally got my cellphones, they were also happy for me, as I was too. Thank you so much for the great and warm service I received.
