Excellent Service at Incredible Connection Cresta

I received outstanding service today at Incredible Connection in Cresta.

From the moment we arrived, Tebogo, the manager, promptly arranged for someone to assist us. I was there to purchase a Yoco Khumo card machine, but unfortunately, it was out of stock.

Kagiso, who helped us, was extremely friendly and proactive. He checked if HiFi Corporation at Cresta had stock, and when they didn’t, he discovered that the Campus Square branch in Melville—conveniently close to me—did.

Following Tebogo’s instruction, Kagiso contacted the Melville branch and arranged for the stock to be reserved.

He and the cashier also assisted me in signing up for a +more card, which gave me a 50% discount on the purchase. I paid for the Yoco device at Cresta and collected it with ease from Melville.
