Excellent Service

I took a Lenovo notebook in for repairs in March. The laptop was returned but was still faulty. I spoke to Mirriam and explained to her that it was still faulty. It was booked in and was again returned faulty but Mirriam took the initiative to make sure the supplier gave me a new notebook instead of inconveniencing me any further. This was great service from Mirriam and needs to be recognised. Well done.
