Excellent service

I placed my order online and received no update as my order was delivered one item at a time. I could not get hold of anyone and nobody rep**** to my emails. I eventually got hold of Nombambo Mgwagwa of Incredible Connection Mall of the South and she has been very helpful, updating me all the time up until my full order was delivered. She deserves way more than 5 stars for her excellent customer service and I hope she is appreciated by her employers as she is a gem. My experience with placing my order online has been a nightmare until I got hold of Nombambo then she made it pleasant as she kept me updated. The company definitely needs more people like her.
