I would like to express my gratitude towards Veronica and Given at Incredible Connection Clearwater Mall - I recently ordered a printer from the online store. The stock was not available and Veronica advised that she would investigate and phone me back. Within 5 minutes she returned my call and offered me the newer model printer at the same price I paid. The printer was immediately available for collection. Thank you! You made me believe in customer service again!!!!
