Excellent service

I would like to commend Sebastian Blignaut, a sale assistant at the Incredible Connection branch at BayWest Mall in Port Elizabeth on going the extra mile while assisting with a purchase of a tablet. My mother visited the store for advice on purchasing a tablet for my father with Stage IV pancreatic cancer who is now confined to his bed. Mr Blignaut offered excellent advice and assisted in all aspects of the purchase, even taking her to a cell phone service provider's shop in the mall to assist her in purchasing and activating a data contract to use with the tablet. He also assisted in loading the operating system software. His courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile deserves to be recognised.
