Excellent sales report

My husband and I have been looking for a certain laptop for some time now. When we entered the store we were greeted by Ronny who was keen to know what we were interested in. He listened attentively and when there was nothing on the showroom floor he went into the storeroom to find something that could compare with expectations. During both our trips into the store he was quick to answer questions and provide information. This, even when we didn't end up buying the product.<br> <br> Ronny knew his products well. Even when he was unsure of warranty specifications,he didn't hesitate to call around for the information.<br> <br> It could be argued that all of this is expected of a good sales rep. However, Ronny's patience, knowledge and professionalism were of a far higher stranded than those encountered at Dion Wired, Hi-Fi corp and Game.<br> <br> It was a pleasure having Ronny's sales expertise and his work will defiantly have me back at Incredible connection.
