Excellent Repair Service

My laptop stopped working while I was busy with critical work. It did not start up properly and I was concerned that it was unrepairable. I feared the worst but decided to take it to Incredible Connection at the V&A for an inspection. The service rep Brenton assisted me at the service desk around 13:00. He promised to inspect the laptop and check the extent of the damage. I agreed but told him that it was urgent. At 21:00 he gave me a call and told me he repaired the laptop and that I did not lose any information because the hard drive was intact but he had to replace the RAM. I was relieved and collected my laptop the following day and it works perfectly. The repair was a fraction of the cost of a new laptop. I also admired Brenton, who has only one arm but he does not allow his disability to prevent him from doing his work with pride. Excellent service. Thank you Brenton.
