You will recall, my wife passed away and I did not function for many-many months as such I, in my sadness, could not return the wrong Inkjet Cartridge that was sold to me at Greenstone. Your professionalism is really appreciated so much Mr. Eddie Ntuli! You understood my precarious broken emotional state and total withdrawal from society, living like a recluse for months.
