EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM A DILIGENT NORTGATE IC STORE MANAGER

Last Saturday the 14th I tried to surprise my wife by buying her a new Apple watch from Incredible Connection Rosebank. To my frustration when I got home, my wife was happy that I had bought her a new watch for her old one has been a frustration to her for sone time. However, she was not impressed that I had bought her the same colour and that it looked exactly the same as her old one. So today I took the new unwanted one to IC Northgate to try and get it swoped for a different one that is favourable to my wife. A very Diligent and Customer friendly store manager came to my rescue. He quickly availed himself when I got to the store and asked to speak to him. Without questions asked he willingly tried to assist with replacing a watch whose packaging was open, notwithstanding the fact that it was never purchased from his specific store in the first place.

Right now, I am a happy chappie, for my wife is finally happy with my supposed surprise purchase and a Big Thank You to the Northgate IC Store Manager whose name I forgot to take.
