I sent my printer to Incredible connection Vaal mall a month ago on the 8th of August to be sent to the supplier for a fixing it, When I called the store no one could assist the technician didn't book the printer to be sent to the supplier my printer stayed in their store for a week, with no communication none so ever from the store, it took their supplier more than 14days working day to diagnose my printer, as I continued calling the store no one takes responsibility, and the on the 5th of September I received a quote that I needed to pay, that's a month from the 8th of of August to the 5th of September is more nor less a month, I didn't pay the quotation because of finance, I made a payment yesterday when, I called the store today 16of September Thabo Tamane didn't send the proof of payment to the supplier, now I have to wait again for 14 working days to get my printer from incredible connection Vall mall that's more nor less 2months, what a horrible service I'm so irritated I'm losing money
