Entrapped by incredible connection

I bought a DELL INSPIRON 7567 I7 GAMING NOTEBOOK on sale from incredible connection on Monday the 30th of October I received it on Wednesday, which is amazing the package was sealed.

As soon as it was set up and I opened the screen I have coloured vertical streaks that only go away when the computer is restarted.

Today (7/11/2017) I went to incredible connection and requested a refund, I was then told that there is only one other machine in SA and that has the same fault they then suggested I pay in for a new one with the same specs or get my money back.

So that leaves me with two possible crimes Incredible connection is guilty of, the first is selling faulty products to clients without their knowledge and the second is entrapment, getting me to buy a laptop and then forcing me to pay money in for a new laptop with the same specs.

This is unexpectable and the general feedback in the store was a very whatever attitude.
