I would give them 0 stars if that were possible. You’d think that in this day and age, placing and receiving an online order would be the bare minimum expectation for a major retailer — apparently not for Incredible Connection. Not only was the ordering experience a disaster, but they also seem to have partnered with the most *********** courier service imaginable, and customers are the ones paying the price for it. My order never even made it to my house. After endless frustration and zero meaningful assistance, I was forced to cancel and request a refund because nobody involved seemed capable of doing the one thing they were hired to do: deliver a package. If you enjoy wasting time, chasing updates, and wondering whether your order exists in some alternate dimension, then by all means shop here. Otherwise, do yourself a favour and buy literally anywhere else. Consider this your warning.
